Basic service consists of delivery of the court document to
the indicated receiver. Each process is given up to three attempts before the indicated receiver is declared, "NOT FOUND".
Local delivery charge covers the cities of Alexandria,VA; Fairfax,VA; Falls
Church,VA; and all cities within the counties of Arlington,VA; Fairfax,VA; and Prince William, VA.
Addition charges are incurred for:
Rush delivery with less than 24 hours.
Delivery outside the local area indicated above.
By hand pickup and/or return of the court paper to your place of business
Filing papers at the court.
Mileage to areas outside the metropolitan Washington, DC and Central Virginia areas.
Testimony in court regarding the process serve.
Address discovery for people whose addresses are unknown.
